Idaho – the state of magnificent San Valley and the Rocky Mountains
Idaho is a state disposed in the northwestern part of United States, which borders with seven other states: from the north with British Columbia, the Canadian province, from the west to Oregon and Washington state, to the south – to Nevada, to the southeast from Utah, and from the east with Montana and Wyoming. The populace of the state is almost 1.4 million people, and its name is due to lobbyist George M. Willing, who offered this name for the state. According to his version, this word referred to the lexicon of the local Indian tribe and meant “the pearl of the mountains,” but later it was found that this term was invented by Willing himself. Initially, this area was called Colorado, but then returned its name as Idaho in 1863. Idaho can be defined as the most inaccessible one among the states of the Rocky Mountains due to its numerous natural beauties, which are often placed in isolation and difficult to access. But in spite of this, it is nature that is the main attraction of this region, therefore it is worthwhile to plan ahead well the trip to Idaho, so as not to lose sight of the most interesting places.
