The immense northern country, stretched on millions of square kilometers, between the Atlantic, Pacific and Arctic Oceans, Canada, is the second largest state in the world in its scale, after Russia. But, despite its impressive size, the population density in Canada is very low, and the number of residents reaches only 35 million. In addition to the three oceans, the state has borders in the south with the United States.

The territory of Canada is parted into ten provinces and three territories, resulting from a long process of geopolitical settlement, stemming from disputes over independence from the United Kingdom. In parallel with the Anglo-Saxon line, the Canadian government equally supports the French branch, which creates favorable conditions for the creation of a multicultural and bilingual country where English and French are recognized as official languages.

The economy of Canada is more based on advanced and modern technologies.

Based on research, it is known that the first Europeans reached Canadian coasts were conspicuously the Vikings who settled on the isle of Newfoundland, around 1000. Studies have shown that for the 16th centenary, for more than a hundred years, Canada was exclusively a French colony. The wars for colonial rule began in the middle of the 17th century and came to an end in 1763 with the overwhelming victory of the British under the command of General James Wolfe, who was the true architect of the transition of New France to Britain rule. In 1840, the Act on the Union of Upper and Lower Canada was signed, which were united into a single whole, while maintaining their own English and French connotations.

The capital of the state is Ottawa, inferior in scale and population to Toronto, Montreal and Calgary. According to the latest census, the populace of Ottawa is approximately 800 thousand inhabitants, and in comparison with previous years there is noted a clear increase. The city became the capital of Canada from December 31, 1857 on the direct order of Queen Victoria.

Due to the presence of a number of artistic and cultural attractions, Ottawa is a very interesting tourist destination. Among the popular destinations is the so-called Parliament Hill, the central business district known as the By Ward Market. It is worth to visit the National Gallery, for the richest art collections are presented. Behind the National Gallery is the Military Museum of Canada, which contains artifacts from two world wars, also the Royal Mint of Canada, which is used exclusively for the production of collection coins.

The most densely populated city of the country is Toronto, counting more than 2.5 million inhabitants.

Other significant cities are Calgary, with a population of about one million inhabitants and is a very busy center, Edmonton, located in the province of Alberta and others.
