Mexico – an incredible kaleidoscope of amazing landscapes

Mexico! How much can be included in this one word, which in the minds of everyone creates the most diverse images. Here the desert and rainforests, magnificent white beaches and the highest mountains in height of 6000 meters, the sea and ocean, and set of other improbable contrasts which offers Mexico. Due to the incredible beauty of the landscapes and the irrepressible cheerfulness of its people, Mexico is among the most popular tourist destinations in the world. To really imagine the dimensions of the country, it must be said that the surface of Mexico is about seven times larger than Italy.

Choosing a trip to the north, you need to know that here is the desert of Sonora, also the Baja California peninsula, a narrow strip of land with mountains up to 2000 m in height, which includes the Sierra de San Francisco. Very interesting is the road passing to Cabo San Lucas, which itself is the most amazing place in the world where you can observe a beautiful sunset. In winter, the waters of the Pacific Ocean are inhabited by whales and it is the low California that is the place from which you can best observe them. On the other side of the bay, it’s worth not forgetting the road connecting Los Mochis with Chihuahua, and even much better for this use the old railway that passes through the canyons, among the towering mountain peaks.

Further, reaching the Pacific coast, you can visit the most fascinating seaside resorts, such as Mazalan, Puerto Vallarta with its magnificent white beaches, the Bay of Manzanillo and, of course, the well-known Acapulco. It should also be noted that a fairly heavy urbanization markedly spoiled the landscape, which initially had more attractive outlines.

Following the road, you can get to the heart of Mexico and, crossing the Sierra Madre, go to the two main centers of the Mexican nation, Mexico City and Guadalajara.

Feel all the grandeur and incredible variety of landscapes of the country on your trip to Mexico!

In fact, the actual population of Mexico City is very inaccurate, so large is the size of the city. According to some official figures, a number of 20 million people is known, but taking into account the adjacent territories, the population exceeds 40 million. Accordingly, you can understand that in this city of smog and traffic, oxygen deficiency is felt even at an altitude of 2300 meters above sea level. But, despite all this, the city can offer a lot of interesting, starting from the colonial quarters, the ruins of the civilization of the Aztecs of the Zompantli and the Temple of Mayor to the Basilica of Guadalupe and the Cathedral.

Not going so far from the capital, only in fifty kilometers can be reached Teotihuacan, the ruins of one of the largest cities of the Aztecs. Here you can see the remains of such large temples as the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon, the Valley of the Dead and Quetzal.
